My friends mum suffers really bad as well! a doctor told her it's sun cream blocking pores that causes the rash! this year we are trying a new cream call p20 it's a once a day sun filter! it takes a while to bind to skin but you only need to apply it once, so it means no blocking of pores with thick sun cream. Don't know if this will work but it's maybe worth a try.
