  • The hotel is located in the northern area all by itself.
  • It's close by car to Playa Caribe or to the town of Juan Griego. ( 5-10 min. )
  • A taxi would be handy (US$4 o.w.),  otherwise  the heat wave would make it almost unbearable to walk down to any of the places I mention.
  • The "Grand Opening" was early 1999.  With over 400 rooms, about 60% have an ocean view.

Room Description
  • Air Conditioning ,  color TV , mini refrigerator , hair dryer , bathroom ,  ventilator , security box , and telephone.
  • Rooms are in general medium-sized: space, closet and shower.
  • The Economy has a Full Size bed; great for a single or couple staying out most of the time.
  • The Standard Room has twin beds (only); the area is about the same as the preview, but here a little balcony or terrace adds space.
  • The Junior Suite has a Queen Size bed; the livin' has a couch (sleeps one person). Balcony or terrace.

COMMENTS:

On my last visit, I asked a few turist (Germans) on the scale 1 - 10, how would they rate overall the hotel, considering it a 3 STAR hotel - Their answer was a solid " 8 ". The Government rated it with (4) Stars.
